Formula hotel €1290.00 for 30 nights

Convention for a continuous stay of at least 30 nights in apartment for two people

A third bed or cradle is available.

The rate includes: VAT, consumptions, and rearrangement of the room with cleaning, linen change every week, and parking.

Formula Residence € 960.00 for 30 nights

The rate includes VAT and consumptions.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning, upon request to be paid locally.

Available parking € 3,00 for days.

This formula can not be fractioned, but applies only to 30 days in 30 days. The minimum charge will be applicable for the continuity of € 43.00.

The payment of the whole period is in advance and is required a deposit when booking equivalent to the cost of one night, to be performed by bank transfer, or you are prompted the number of a credit card.

Check-in time is after 12 o’clock on the day of arrival (unless otherwise requested by the customer and depending on the management of reservation in the Residence,) the Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise requested by the customer and depending on the management of reservations of the Residence).
